Welcome to Elmira City, the best of both a bustling city and rural town combined in perfect harmony into one world!  This large world features the city on one side of the rocky mountains with a small town on the other side.  Now your sims do not have to choose but can have the best of both worlds without seeing the other!  The original version has not been updated and since it will not likely be re-visited by myself, the CAW files have been made available.  Please be respectful of my time and talent and do not claim this work as your own or upload it for download in another location.
