One of the best aspects of Sims 3 is the concept of an open neighborhood!  Take advantage of this by filling your world with plenty of fun and interesting places for your sims to visit!  My Sim Realty has a large selection of community lots and they are sorted according to the lot type with each respective expansion pack.  

The excitement of being able to own your own resort is quite exciting - but was quickly lost when you are forced to use EA's large and rather unattractive rabbit holes for one to function.  Luckily, with the help of rabbit hole rugs, we are able to create custom resorts.  Here you will find custom resorts lots to place in your worlds.  Unlike the other things you can find on MSR, these lots WILL require custom content to work.  While we do not guarantee these items, they are the only items of CC that we trust enough to regularly use and feel confident in endorsing.

	Zodiac Casino & Resort  Requires Sims 3 + All Expansion Packs + Business As Usual + Lucky Simoleon Casino Lot Size:   30x50           Furnished:  $326,985 Stories:  3 useable + basement Other:  This large luxury hotel is full of stuff for your sims to do!  The main level has a gourmet restaurant and lots of food bars to keep tummies full!  There is a workout room, indoor pool and outdoor picnic areas.  The next level up has a wedding reception area with live music and dancing.  Across the hall is a casino with bar.  There are two VIP rooms.  This lot can replace the library in the city in Storybrook County.  There is a version of this with no rugs - see here.
	The Cape Cod Inn Requires Sims 3 + LN + GEN + SHO + SEA + IP + Business As Usual Lot Size:   64x64           Furnished:  $165,605 Stories:  3 Other:  This cozy Inn features two more upgraded towers on the 2nd level of the main building. There are two VIP beach cottages, each with 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms and an upper loft. Guests can enjoy a pool, hot tub, wedding arch, nice buffets, workout room and a restaurant with bar.  This resort was built to go in Storybrook County at 225 Cottage Grove Road.
	Super 8 Motel Requires Sims 3 + GEN + UNI + SHO + SEA + IP Lot Size:   30x64           Furnished:  $81,969 Stories:  1 Other:  This motel offers guests many ammenities at such an affordable price! There is a pool with water slide and small playground. There is a conference room, small gym, arcade room and three buffets. This motel has two guest towers, as well as two VIP rooms. One VIP room is actually 2 rooms connected to accommodate families.  This lot replaces the former motel at 441 Memorial Avenue in Storybrook County.  There is a version of this resort with no rugs - see here.
	Lily Mae Inn Requires Sims 3 + WA + SHO + SN + SEA + IP also uses massage table and sauna from Sunlit Tides Lot Size:   60x60             Furnished:  $60,462 Stories:  2 Other:  Sims who desire a nice getaway will be pleased with a stay at the Lily Mae Inn.  This resort has two EA resort tower rugs for plenty of income potential!  There are also two VIP beach cottages, each with a kitchenette and private bath.  The hotel has a recreational room with fireplace, wedding arch, pool and hot tub, as well as a spa with exercise, sauna and massage.  Created for the Evansdale Extended version on Lily Mae Isle.
