Welcome to Elba Village!

Welcome to Elba Village, a small coastal town with white picket fences, bright red roof tops and cobblestone paths! This large world has a town center and several areas of housing spread around it. There is also a road that curves around the mountain to the other side where a small farming area lies. Please do not claim this work as your own or upload it for download in another location. The CAW files are now available for download so that you can adjust lot sizes if needed or make small tweaks.

Below are the lots that have been released since the world was originally published. Newer versions of a world may already have an older lot placed for your convenience.

	Elba Village Fire Station Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions Lot Size: 25x25 Furnished: $138,158 Stories: 2 + a basement Other: This is a fire station. The main level has the Chief's office. The upper level has things to do and the basement has main sleeping quarters. This lot is for Elba Village and is intended for 10 Washington Street.

	Courtyard Salon Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions Lot Size: 20x25 Furnished: $72,000 Stories: 2 useable Other: This building has a very elegant salon and tattoo shop. Each side has its own bathrooms and the 2nd floor is completely empty. It was made fore Elba Village to go at 15 Washington Street.

	Hidden Treasure Consignment Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions Lot Size: 20x25 Furnished: $50,546 Stories: 1 Other: This consignment shop has 2 large bathrooms as well as an employee break room. There is also a small parking lot. This lot is for Elba Village and goes in 5 Washington Street.

	Far Western Beach Requires Sims 3 Base Game Only Lot Size: 30x35 Furnished: $14,957 Stories: 1 Other: This lovely beach has bathrooms, a parking lot and a great place to lounge or roast marshmallows! Created for Elba Village at 3 Villagard Avenue.
