Welcome to Saffron Bay!
Welcome to Saffron Bay!  This bustling world is filled with beauty from waterfalls, white sand beaches and great ocean views.  To enable your sims to live their best life without having to relocate, Saffron Bay offers a city on one side - and a charming town on the other.  Both sides have a rural area with lush banana farms flanking the lots.  This world has all rabbit holes for sims up through Island Paradise.  There are three resorts if you want to turn it into a vacation world you could.  Last but not least, if you are open to the use of the mods, there is a custom university that will be available for download so that sims can attend university locally (single moms, older students).  There are also lots that will be available that utilize some of the store content.
